I never got a follow up call regarding what was done on my car. Or regarding the the concerns I had like my tires, needing a new cup holder, or a new key case. In fact, in the end, I was given my car with no key leather case at all. This is the first time in my years of service with Lexus, I’ve never gotten a follow up service call on what was done on my car. Or even a voicemail. No customer service at all.
