Melissa was very courteous and receptive to my car’s service needs. She kept me updated throughout the day and also ensured I got a loaner vehicle which are usually in high demand. She is an asset in your service department and is the reason customers like me prefer Lexus over other competitors. The service that Hes Miranda provided me was outstanding. It was the service prior to and post his service that wasn't great. I made a 7 am appointment to get to work on time. By 7:20 am, I hadn't been helped and others that arrived after me were helped. I went to the front desk and they said, "Sorry, you were skipped." They brought me to Hes Miranda and he gave me excellent service. The next day, when I went to pick my car up, someone else helped me. (It wasn't Hes's work day.) Some of the cashiers (not the one that helped me) were snippy with other Lexus employees. It's not great to hear your employees snap at each other. Also, I called right after I picked my car up on 12/18 and left a message on the car loaner line that I think I left my phone charger in the loaner. It's been 6 days and no one has returned my call.
