I really enjoyed working with Carlos and Steve (whom I believe was a service technician, I apologize if that is not his correct title).
My car was making some really strange noises, which made it challenging to explain what was going on. Carlos was super patient with me, he was engaged and clearly wanted to help. He suggested a road test with a technician to try and recreate the noises I was hearing.
Steve was also very patient, and really took the time to listen and try and understand what I was explaining. Thankfully, we were able to reproduce the various sounds almost immediately upon driving the vehicle. I was impressed when Steve informed me that he found the sound/s so strange (while that wasn’t exactly great news for me) that he would be pulling my car back immediately to take a look. He was curious about my car, and it was great to see that he clearly has a passion for his work.
Overall was a great experience. I appreciated Carlos’ easy-going yet professional demeanor. He was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely make sure to schedule my future visits with him.

This is a review for the representative I checked out with when picking up my car. On 12/19 around 5:50pm, I signed paperwork and paid with a lady at the circular desk near the break area. She had on a lanyard with the word "Training" on it.
I asked, "Is my car outside or will it take a few minutes?" The reason I asked is because I wanted to see if I had time to go to the break area and get a drink. She replied in a rude manner, "It should be outside. If not, give it a couple of minutes. If it's not there after a couple of minutes, then I don't know what to tell you."
I was taken aback by her impoliteness but what shocked me is her unprofessional response. I believe if the customer's car is not outside after a couple of minutes, the representative should assist the customer in locating the car. Instead her response gives the impression that she did not care if the customer's car does not show up. I recommend that this employee receives more training regarding customer interaction and that management should reiterate to this employee the importance of helping customers. Thank you.
