I was charged an additional 95$ for labor to be told my front 12V (cigarette lighter) works and it definitely still doesn’t work. When I picked up my car I proved this on the spot to the receptionist, a manager (Tom), and a third man coordinating pickups. I could plug the same adapter and cords into the console but not front 12V. Tom said he would follow up tomorrow morning so hopefully we can get this actually fixed.
