I called and left a message for Marshall that the interior console clock wasn't working. I got the car back, and it wasn't repaired. This is very disappointing.

I was surprised that it took so long (almost 3 hours) for the 5000 miles service.
Plus, I had made an appointment for the service. I definitely will not wait at the facility for the 10,000 mile service.
Otherwise, everything was handled well and my car was washed and vacuumed
very nicely.
