Very efficient check-in today. Car was serviced quickly. Besides normal service, I had a road hazard damaged tire that was replaced at a pro-rated cost. Thank you! When I showed up to pick up the car, it was pulled out in front as soon as I was done paying for the service. Most satisfying service visit i’ve had at this facility.

This was my first Lexus service visit and it definitely stood out. Chet was very attentive from start to finish. He took time to explain what was going to be done and provided accurate time for completion which is important for anyone who goes in for service. I was given a loaner promptly, which allowed me to make efficient use of my time instead of waiting around longer. Chet is also fun and easy to talk to.
