Dru was awesome. I was unhappy when I first came in because I had been waiting quite a while outside during the drop off procedure but he quickly turned things around. He said he would make my car a priority and when the service had finished, he let me know that he had instructed the mechanics to fix an oil leak and install a new drain plug to address the oil leakage. There were several other items that were attended to at no extra charge and I really appreciated the level of service. Dry also took the time to explain to me the general state of my car and precautions I should take given the age of my vehicle. I will ask for Dru in the future whenever I come back to Lexus for servicing of my LS 400. He exemplifies what is best about Lexus.
