I do appreciate that you let me use a loaner car however I suggestion Dash the car you gave me was absolutely filthy and covered with dog hair all over the car. It addition next time when a person get something fixed the repair man should actually see if it works before they return it to the owner which they did not do in this case and resulted in the car having to be sent back. Also, Melissa you drop the ball in getting the message to Ruben to bring me my car on Monday morning at 9 AM. When I called Lexus at 9:30 nobody had any idea that someone was supposed to deliver my car. Michael is very helpful and I eventually did get my car. Overall this was not the experience I am used to at the Lexus dealer. I really miss James.I never had one problem when he was handling everything.
