The drop off experience and updates were fine. Only feedback is for pickup.
Negative: There was a pool of water/liquid driver side mat on pickup of vehicle. The representative I spoke with did not know what it was but said it might be from the car wash. Suggested I send this feedback in.
Positive: appreciated that paperwork was needed before my keys were released. Usually the keys are in the car and anyone could in theory jump in and drive off.
