We waited for 20 minutes to get our car after the service. The car wash was sloppy. My car is kind of dirty when we picked up the car. When we waited for our car, then I need to use the restroom, the restroom is dirty and no bathroom tissue papers at all.

The sunroof that I asked to be fixed and was told was fixed when picking my car up was not, in fact, fixed. It’s missing the rubber tracks completely and the sunroof does not open or close properly. I should have checked in when I picked up my car but trusted it was taken care of.
