Hi Steve service was awesome except my camara got unplugged was that one of your procedure? If it is is okay I suggested next time should plug it back in before customer pick up the vehicle. I didn't really notice until start driving. Also 1 more thing it will be super if my vehicle got washed after service. I just use to other Lexus dealer will wash the vehicle after service. Thanks

I really appreciated the loaner car.. the service was great. The only thing negative I could think of is the loaner car was a bit dirty. Chip wrappers and food on the back seat. I had to clean it up before I put my kid back there.

excellent. Tommy was very helpful by

My car is old but still beautiful.
It still runs great thanks to the Lexus service
it always gets from the service department.
Today it was only detailed but they left it

I would like to say that as soon as pull up to the reception area I'm greeted by the Valet employees who are friendly and courteous. Ramsin always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I understand my car needs. Awesome customer service.

The entree service process takes far too long. During drop off, I had to interface with 4 different people, waiting 5-10 minutes between each interaction, creating a very long drop off time. Each person only spends a minute or two at most, handing you off to the next person as quickly as possible, but the hand off are not quick at all. I think this chain system allows no one/everyone to be at fault for an incredibly lengthy experience. It should not take over 30 minutes to drop a vehicle off for service and pick up a loaner. Like wise for pickup when the vehicle's service is done. I found the excessive amount of time I spent waiting frustrating, and will have to seriously consider which day of the week I bring my vehicle in for service. I cannot afford to waste 30 minutes - 1 hour of my workday mornings, leaving me the only option to sacrifice a Saturday morning for services.
