Steve was courteous and prompt to greet me when I pulled up. As we walked inside I assumed I’d be passed off to another person but Steve ended managing the entire end to end process for me. This included, check-in, booking, processing, a pick-up, and drop-off (and the car was also ready exactly on-time). The car is great, customer service is great, Steve is great - Lexus lover for life!
