I was not satisfied with the service that Marshall ordered for me. Marshall never offered me a loaner car when the service took more than 1 day. He never call that day to tell me when my car would be completed. I had to call the next day asking when I can pick up my car. When I did picked my my car my maintenance lights on my dash board was still flashing. Service I requested was not done. I was not a happy customer. The three years I have done my service, this is the first time is the worst service ever I have gotten. Melissa answered all my question offered my a loaner car, and completed my original request. I have driven a Lexus my entire life. It’s simple to please a loyal customer and Marshall failed to do that. I am happy with my service after Melissa has helped me. Thank you, I hope we can have better services in the future.

The battery connection was not checked, it was actually loose . Not long after I left ur lot, the car would not start. I called AAA for emergency road service and the toll truck came and the technician examined the car: found out the loose connection at battery and fixed it.
