Samson did a good job in helping identify the low tire pressure issue for my GS350. The tire replacement was a bit more expensive than I expected but I understood that Bridgestone Potenza costs a bit more than regular tires. I was hoping for a discount as my family has been a loyal customer of Lexus Stevens Creek for almost 20 years now.
The car wash was not up to the standards I have expected and experienced from previous visits. The car was partially not clean as it had numerous water marks and streaks when the car was ready for me. Around the license plate, front hood, top of the car, and right side of the car were the areas that needed more
care and attention.

Service was horrible. I’ve been a Lexus owner for 15 years and coming to your service dept. for 5 years apparently you don’t keep a database because you asked if this was my first time there. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had from any Lexus dealer. My online appointment wasn’t recorded and my car was returned with bird poop on it. The service guy said “sorry it was left outside” laughable no worries I won’t be back. I will Tweet about this and tell people never to come here. Very very bad.
