Overall it was great. We just had some confusion about communication. Carlos sent me a text, but the text had no identifying info (not his name or the word Lexus) so I thought it was spam and deleted it. He also emailed me at my home email address, which I didn’t know about, so I didn’t check my home email. Consequently I ended up calling Lexus, asking for updates, and leaving messages. In the future, it would be helpful to discuss methods of communication during the first check in conversation. Other than that, Carlos was helpful and informative.

Elmer made my Lexus service stress and hassle free. It felt effortless on my part. He made this experience one of the best I have had at a dealership service department. I do not appreciate how unresponsive Carlos was when I asked for updates about my car. I was not informed when my car would actually be done. I had to call/ chat with the front desk people to get info about my car, they would try to transfer me to Carlos but he was unavailable every time I had a question about my car. If I had not emailed any of the service managers I would not have known my car was ready to be picked up. In the future, I would like to have a different service consultant or I’d rather make the drive to another Lexus service shop.
