I wish I could remember her name, but the you g lady who helped me out with the loaner vehicle as well as bringing my car out a few days into the service so I could grab some things, was incredibly kind and helpful. My Lexus Rx350 was serviced yesterday at Lexus of Stevens Creek. It was an emergency and I showed up very late without an appointment. Carlos was my advicer and he was able to quickly diagose the problem and came up with a very reasonable estimate which really lift my worries. I also got a loaner car to get around for the time being. Next day, he followed up with me on the progress and kept me updated. I drove my well serviced and detailed car out of the parking lot in less than 24 hrs. The whole experience was seamless and it was great.
