I had an excellent service appointment with Sophia as my consultant. She was knowledgeable and responsive to questions I asked. She also was very courteous and friendly which I appreciated. She called when service was done ahead of time (great!) leaving a detailed message of all that was done in the service. She even wrote a note on the final page of service receipt which was appreciated!
I also want to add that I was impressed with all the safety protocol in place and with Customer service staff that was very courteous, friendly and quick! Thank You!
