Tommy was great actually per usual. I did not have any issues with Tommy.
It was rather with the loaner car that I was given. I came home and found a USED bandaid (in the passenger cup holder) stuck to the bottom of my water bottle. There was also a used pen in the car. It felt as though the car was not thoroughly cleaned before the next client usage. Tommy, however, have been very pleasant to work with each time, so thank you!
