Michael was friendly & professional! It’s hard to receive good customer service nowadays, anywhere you go. However, Michael did an amazing job making my daughter and I feel comfortable during our visit. He even called me when my car was ready for pick up and provided me with a detailed update. Wish I was able to thanked him during pick up, but it was so hot we rushed out of there. The world needs more like Michael, thank you.
The loaner car was a bit dirty on the floor but it didn’t bother me much since its only my shoes touching it. The windshield was dirty, due to the heat, the wipers had a hard time washing off the dead bugs because it was just stuck on there. & I wish they gave me an option to choose the loaner car since I dropped off an RX, I shoulda been able to loan similar to RX.
Overall experience was great! I’m definitely moving my pre paid maintenance at this location.

Always happy with Marshall and his kindness when getting my car serviced. He’s always nice, professional, and prompt with communication. Only issue this time around was on the loaner car side. I specially stopped at the gas station right at the corner to fill the tank up and was still charged for gas with a report saying I returned it with 1/2 tank. This just was plain not true and a frustrating end to an already expensive major service.
