I want to thank you for the excellent service I received. My only complaint was that I found an extra charge of $4.40 for what I found out later was a gas surcharge. When was this started? When I called Lexus a woman told me that they have a new system. Surprise. I was never told of this when I got my loaner. I always felt that the cost of the loaner and gas is built into the cost of the repairs. But I guess that has changed and Lexus feels that they need to recoup every dime they can get.
