I didn't buy Lexus, just because of Lexus Quality and longevity. I mainly bought 3 Lexus so far because Lexus service is out of this world and treat everyone like a VIP. I will not buy an Acura or BMW, because service is marginal at best, blaming customers for quality issues and they find way to charge you without any repairs. Randy Soloman and other service advisers are the reason that I have 3 Lexuses at home right now.
