Hes did a great job helping me with my service and quoting me the Lexus option to fix the left headlight on my GS350. It was beyond his control that the only option presented was $2,000+ to fix one flickering headlight (after already spending $323 to replace the bulb one week earlier). I appreciate Hes’s effort to help and his professionalism, but now am exploring options to service my car elsewhere because I prefer not to pay $2000 to replace a headlight on a car that is only worth ~$14K. Hes was great - but disappointed in Lexus only offering a single high priced solution (replacing the entire headlight assembly) versus a more cost effective approach of replacing the ballast within the headlight assembly.
