Sophia was extremely friendly and so easy to communicate with. I made sure to ask her for her business card so that I could remember to ask for her for my next service. Everyone at Lexus is always friendly but Sophia seemed much more personable and relatable. Not only did she call me and leave me a voicemail message about my car, but also texted me just to make sure I got the message. She’s an asset to Lexus and I’m glad I was able to meet her yesterday.
