Hi Hes. As you know my experience with your help was great. The office was a horrible experience. The signage is terrible in directing which line to get into. I was very unsure which line to go into to return the car. Then the whole debacle of not being a list for rentals. The place is very poorly run and chaotic. I booked a car at least a day in advance and as you know there was no car available. To tell me we are so busy today is no excuse. It should no be My problem because You overbooked. That’s no excuse. If it wasn’t for you I would be going to Fremont.
