The actual service with my car was fine. When I dropped off my car is was extremely clean and frankly spotless. When I got in my car my dash looked like it was spotted with grease and the grease was spread throughout the interior of my car. My. At looked far worse when I got into it than when I dropped it off. I mentioned it to my service advisor and he had someone from the back come to resolve the issue, he drove my car in back and returned 15 minutes later. At this time the car looked even worse when he returned. The service manager then came out to speak to me. He offered to clean my car again but I informed him I had zero confidence he could correct the problem after the area rent second attempt. I am very upset and am likely to not return.
