Frank was very friendly but the service today was incredibly slow. Check in process took exceptionally long and check out process took twice as long. Not sure what's happening over there today but it was ridiculous. Frank was the only one who is attentive and on top of things and everyone else was running at turtle speed. Seriously such a disaster for afternoon pick up that I thought about selling my Lexus and getting something else to get better service.

Rams in was so helpful. I appreciated the regular updates. He was fast and efficient. The rental car, a current version of the car being repaired, was a convenience and a luxury! Thank you. My car was returned in sparkling condition, washed by Carlos. The young people at the check out desk were personable and efficient. As always, the treats and coffee and comfortable chairs /work desks are a plus. Way to go Lexus!
