Before I was able to schedule the appointment, I left voice mail messages for Gary Sheffield when Joshua was off work and for Joshua 2 days later with no calls back from either. Joshua said he never received a voicemail from me, and we think perhaps part of your voicemail system is unmonitored. In each case, I was connected via one of your operators.

The service of Chet and Tas was awesome but the changes in the intake and pickup are not good! Sitting outside waiting for your service guy and waiting outside for your car is not acceptable. Why have a nice waiting room if you are stuck outside! Go back to the way it was...please!
