I made an appointment for service over 2 weeks ago and asked for Frank Moreno to assist me. When I arrived for my appt, I was informed that Frank wasn't there, and his assistant was also not available, that I would have to take "next available", which I did. I felt I was being "run around" The service was ok but when I picked up my car, no one explained anything to me about the service. The paperwork I received states that the AC filter requires further attention. No one explained that to me. Is something wrong with AC? Not the type of service I had expected!

I was told the parts were $510 for antenna and $528 for the heater. I asked twice to confirm. Kyle also stated he didnt expect the parts to be as expenseive as they were. I agree anyways to fix my car. When I pick up my car, the bill states the total labor was most expensive ($500 each) and the cashier was like, oh your part was only like $100. I state thats not what I was originally told. I want to believe someone just entered the costs for the parts and labor incorrectly. If not, and it truly is as I was billed; then, I was lied to. Makes me seriously reconsider coming back.
