Everyone I dealt from Paul to Kayla was great. It was just a bad situation having my brand new Supra scratched by the technician. And then having to wait for the body shop to fix the issue. When I received the car the trunk has very noticeable orange peel all over as well there it very noticeable over spray on the passenger rear quarter panel. I always purchase my Toyota products from longo but I get it serviced at local Toyota dealer just for connivence. However when I had the issue the emblems on the supra I thought longo would be my best option because I felt that longo would have the right people and equipment to deal with this new platform. I was wrong I deeply regret bringing my car here.
