I have no problems with the customer service and timeframe of repairs to my vehicle. However, I originally brought my vehicle in on 5/2/2020 for the same flat tire issue and was told no irregularities were found in all 4 tires. Now, 5/16/2020, I bring it in for the same flat tire but now told that there’s a nail in the tire and needs a replacement. Just wondering why the nail wasn’t identified earlier...
