Johan ****was very respectful to me. I went in with certain quote price and he says another price. I explained that LONGO said I did not need an oil change but he told me that the service was including oil change. Could not afford his price so did not get an oil change. I'm a little disappointed on that.

After wasting my 4 Hrs. They made me fool that they took nail out from the Front tire & it was not true after I picked my truck I pulled on side before I get on freeway & I checked my tire & I saw the nail was in tire. I called service manager & I showed to him & I told him to fix it,!
