My appointment was at 4pm for a oil change, I had to wait for almost 4 hours for my car. That’s why I made a appointment so I wouldn’t wait that long.

We made an appointment a week in advance for a recall, we received no emails or text, we went to your shop on the date and time of the appointment and were told the part was in stock, when we went to pick up the vehicle we were told the part was not in stock and that we would receive a phone call when the part was there and we can make an appointment to get it installed then. Why were we not told that the part had to be ordered prior to the appointment o we could reschedule??
