I received a call from Emily letting me know that the car was
Ready that paperwork was going to be ready in 10 minutes
after 25 minute I asked one of the customers service girls if my paperwork
and she checked and it was not ready I wait about 10 minutes more and customers service contacted Emily regarding paperwork, she forgot about it
I waited more until the girl requested my one of the guys to bring my car
the car arrived and waited about 5 more minutes and she gave me the car keys
Since I was not going to pay anything, she told you can go I take care of

I had an 8:30 appointment and I was there at 8:30. I was getting an oil and filter change, rotation of the tires and smog inspection. I was told the car would be ready about 1:00, which seemed a little long for what I was having done, but I was good with it. There was probably a lot of vehicles being serviced. At 11:02 AM I received a text that said “Robert your Toyota is right on track.” Great. At 1:52 I got a call and I was told the vehicle would not be ready until 4:00. I said okay, reluctantly.
At 4:27 I get a call that the vehicle will be ready in 15 minutes and there are some recommendations for additional service. At that point, it was too late. I just wanted to go. The last message I got was at 4:59 that “Your Toyota is all serviced and ready to come home!” A long day.
I have been going to Longo for about twenty years. The customer service there is great and it is a comfortable place to hang around while waiting for my vehicle. But the auto service has been slipping for the the past five years and it may be time to go elsewhere.
