Waited 3 hours for an oil change even though we had a reservation at 12. We arrived at 11:40 and waited in the lobby and didn’t even see our car enter the shop until 2. I understand that times may be longer because of covid 19 but it was very frustrating to wait over 3 hours while other people around us left early. I’m confused on the point of having a reservation if everything is backed up.
