My rep was very nice! The only issue I had today was my reservation not being sent through to enterprise by the service advisor. My mother was waiting in her car With my children for 30 minutes before we decided to leave. She came with me as a favor and needed to get to work. Please just make sure next time a reservation is sent it gets completely pushed through. Thank you.

When I originally went for my car to get serviced the guy who originally helped me was extremely rude !! I let the manager know and he brought over Mandi with her huge smile (despite having her COVID-19 mask on) You could just tell.
