My experience with Longo Toyota has been wonderful over the years. Mty service with service advisors Gregg Morgan and now Johan ****has been excellent. I have tremendous trust in Johan when it comes to necessary service. My 2004 Sienna is in excellent shape and looks and drives like a new car even with over 200,000 miles! My ONLY ONE negative I have is the length of time it takes from the completed service with the paperwork in hand and then it takes upwards of 15 minutes for the clerks at the delivery point to release my car.. Something needs to be done to correct this.

The only thing is that the cabin air filter I don’t believe was changed because I had the glove compartment locked and when I receive the car I noticed that it was still locked so I don’t believe the air filter cabin air filter was was changed outside of that there was a two hour wait which seemed a little long but outside of that very please thank you
