I got a call that my car was done and then a text that it was still being worked on, so I had to call for clarification. Later, I paid and left, then got a text that I coupd pay via my phone.
Your texting system timing is messed up, it needs to be synchronized with tue calls, not lag so far behind and cause confusion.
