Noli Evangelista is an excellent Service agent - he always reminds me of needed service and follows up with my every concern. In the past, he also made me aware of a service pkg for future servicing of my car, which I happily purchased. Mr. Evangelista portrays excellent communication skills and makes me feel that every concern of mine is important. Also, he is diligent in calling me back when I leave a message. He is a great asset to Longo's team of customer service and is the reason I have been buying and bringing all my cars from Longo since 2007.

Danny was communicative and helpful. Everyone else through out this process was not the easiest to deal with. The tech provided documentation that I should refer to my manual and press a button. Had they investigated or called the customer, they would have found out I had already done that. Instead it was insulting to see the way the instructions were provided. I had to return the vehicle multiple times to get the same issue resolved. Although the issue was resolved, Longo made many small mistakes that were admitted to be careless. How can someone trust the level of service or customer service when multiple mistakes happen. Each time the vehicle was returned to me before being ready. You would assume that Longo would do everything to double check work before returning a vehicle that had already had multiple customer service issues. The Manager did little to nothing to assist with the issue. I had to go through enterprise 3 separate times, with 3 separate deposits. The Service Tech that I eventually spoke to admitted to the mistakes of his team. He was helpful, however misspoke during part of the conversation which upset me again. I was told that I can return when I have the extra cash and get a 2nd key then have it synced. That was insulting, as it has never been a monetary issue. I had been behind by 3 months on getting this FREE warranty issue fixed, additionally, I was 7k miles overdue on my other car. I work in healthcare, in a leadership role managing a team. Your staff all perceived me as some kid and that was the most insulting part of my experience. Although I love my Toyota cars, I find it difficult to trust Longo. I’ll be sure that the appropriate people are made aware of this situation. There will be clearer details in my other responses.
