Not too friendly, the asked me the reasons for my visit, i told him for Recalls. He said “recalled? For this car? I told him it’s has something to do with the gas pump. He said “that’s not a Recall “ he didn’t inform me how long it’s might take for my car service....I have to say I have been coming to Longo for a while, this is the first time I feel so frustrated with the service, thank you.

Extremely frustrating experience. Because the Longo service department will not work with insurance, I’m expected to pay $150 diagnostic on top of the deductible after taking it to the collision center (or any facility that will work with insurance). The associate I spoke with was rude, evasive, and acted as though it was common knowledge that a dealer’s service center would not take/work with insurance. Overall, I’ve been happy with my service here up until now. I own two Toyotas, one purchased at Longo. This has been an overwhelmingly negative interaction with this dealership, with no flexibility or understanding demonstrated by anyone. In fairness, the cashiers of the service department and the woman who did the intake of my truck at the collision center were all very nice. I will likely avoid your service center in the future, however.

I have one thing I’d like the detailing department to be aware of. I got my car detailed and assumed the seat belts would also be cleaned or wiped down. I had a spot on my drivers seat belt that was still there after the cleaning. It was actually a small drop of food that dried on the surface of the belt. It could easily be scratched or wiped off w a damp cloth. I found it still there and it just revealed that the seat belts were probably not wiped off or cleaned. Are they also shampooed like the seats are?
