Gregg Morgan is an outstanding service advisor. He knows Longo's products and what is necessary to repair and maintain those vehicles. He is honest and sincere and he goes out of his way to accommodate his customers which is why I constantly return to Longo Toyota for sales, service and vehicle repairs.

Your service area was extremely busy when I brought my vehicle in for service at about 11:00 A M. They suggested I leave it and told me it would be ready at about 7:p.m. I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. I accepted a ride home. When I was called at about 6:30 to inform me it was ready, I asked to have your shuttle pick me up. I was informed that the shuttle service ended at 4:00 P.M. It appears that someone in your organization is not thinking about the inconvenience it causes in this type of situation.

Martin was a very informative with my car problem he explained to me if they are able to fix my tire they would put a patch which is the best way to fix a flat tire he also mention if they're able to fix the flat tire there will be no charge I purchase my car Toyota Camry 2003 at Longo Toyota and I've had all my car maintenance service at Longo for the amount of times I've had taken my car to be serviced with you I have had great experiences with all your service reps

Despite not being able to get a ride to my gym (was told that i could when i made appointment for car)for my 8am class that was literally 5 min away and having to take an Uber instead and walk back and not giving complimentary coffee to guest anymore, Jedediah was a GREAT customer service rep. It was frustrating to schedule time for my vehicle and have all that go to the way side because I had to incur a cost to UBER some place that I was suppose to have service to for free and then NOT even get a complimentary coffee out of the whole mess. Not to mention when I went to buy my own coffee Starbucks was closed. Seriously?! At any rate I don't know if that means LONGO Is now going to cut all other things that makes coming there special and set apart from the rest but i sure hope not.
Again, Jefediah was wonderful and made all the other disappointments of the morning tolerable
