1. Making an appointment and still waiting half hour to be serviced is unacceptable.
2. Cost, paying 560 for the door lock actuator is robbery. This part online could be purchased for about 150.
The service attendant did his job but Longo should work on managing their scheduled appointments and cost they charge for parts.

Kirk was very good but someone in the back working on the brakes told me it would be ready by 2 pm but it wasn't ready till 2:30 pm. I needed my car by 2 to go pick up my grandson at 2:30. I wouldn't of had the brakes fixed that day. I would of gone back another day. The school charged me 25.00 for watching my grandson for the extra time. Kirk apologized but I was really upset. I like Longo Toyota. We have bought all our vehicles there n I like your service department but not this last time.

My service advisor was professional and helpful. I do have complaints about the service though. I was looking over my inspection sheet and noticed my engine air filter was not inspected. There was no check mark indicating it's condition so I had to check it myself. Also, I made an appointment for an oil change at 11am. My vehicle was not completed until 3:30pm. A 4 hour oil change really ruined my whole day and the fact that I'm from out of town made it even worse. I understand the shop gets busy with the high volume of business but I would think 2.5 hours would be a maximum wait time for a simple oil change/tire rotation. Longo Toyota is great but it should have some kind of accelerated service program for quick maintenances.
