Car was filthy inside and outside - windows must have been left open for the 7 (!) weeks it took to fix the car. This is probably a 15,000 warranty repair, a nice profit opportunity for Longo, returning the car as clean as when I dropped it off would have been my minimum expectation.
I will never return to Longo.

Spent 5 hours on Saturday to have accuators replaced. Spent another two hours at Longo Toyota on Sunday to drop Corolla off: malfunctioning repair fix needed on key & keyless entry system. Required free/no cost rental car. Repetitive trips to Longo Toyota service department encroached on my family time & also clinical work commitments through Monday. Faulty or defective malfunctioning key & keyless entry system pose grave public safety risk. Quality control measures may have mitigated service repair issue.
