I made an appointment for 1 pm and was first quoted with a completion time of 5 pm. This was just for a standard check and oil change. I said 4 hours was too much, so Daniel called the service department and changed it to 2:30 pm. I called at 3 pm and he said my car would be done soon, but I didn't finish until 3:30 pm. I know it's busy with the holiday weekend, so if that's the case block off appointments. It's the middle of the week and midday and it should not take so long to complete a standard service.

Should of mentioned not to wash my truck. As clean as it was when I took for service, it was actually dirty ofter Longo washed it. How could that possibly happen. They do a terrible job washing.
