This was my first time at longo. It was confusing finding the service dept. I ended up at Lexus and at the toyota dealer dept. Third time is the charm.
Good experience at longo. I was offered coffee and donuts, the shuttle service, etc.

Car was never washed and was delivered to me. On my way out, the dirt on the front windshield caught my eye. I turned around and ask the assoiate and then he took the car for washing.
Secondly, as I was called on my cell and informed that the car is ready for pickup but it was never there, I waited another 10-15 mins and the car was not washed and it had go back again for washing.

Although I am satisfied with the service on 11/2/17, it is the experience and events between 9/27/17 and 10/31/17 that frustrated and disappointed me. The problems resulted due to a call I never received that the radio had indeed arrived at Longo. Hence, the radio was returned, and had to be re-ordered again. But, Longo made amends and provided quick and helpful service once that 2nd radio arrived on campus. The whole affair took a little over a month and to resolve. But we’re all good now ????
