Matthew is great, he will be the reason I will return to the dealership. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake and was so welcoming. He listened to the concerns with my car and answered all my questions. At the end of my appointment he explained the problems with my car and what my options were. He is clearly an assets to this dealership. I have tried several Toyota dealership so I can say with confidence that this Toyota is one of the most organized that I have experienced.
