Recently, I purchased a new 2017 RAV4 at your dealership. On January 17 a Sway Warning light came on, then I called your dealership for help, Rosie took my message, she stated that someone will call me by 5pm to guide me thru the dashboard to reset this issue. Since that day I have not received any call. Last week I set an appointment to solve the issue. Danny said that the light is normal and I do not need to do anything about it. I was not agreed with that answer, so I decided to call Toyota Motor to help about this matter. However they send me back to Longo to solve the issue. I Spoke with Eric, Nestor and went back to Danny. There was no solution about my concern, I asked Danny to transfer with his Supervisor. Martin Answered as a Supervisor but he did not help at all instead he referred me to a different Dealer because he did not know how to solve the issue.
I’m very disappointed about the service I received at you location, this type of experience will change my selection over your location.

This function operates when all of the following conditions are met.
• Setting for “Sway Warning” in on the multi-information display is set

• Vehicle speed is approximately 32 mph (50 km/h) or more.
• Width of traffic lane is approximately 9.8 ft. (3 m) or more.
• No system malfunctions are detected. (?P. 626)
