Patty Gutierrez was the absolute reason we purchased the Tundra from Longo.
We live in Northern Callifornia, where it would have been so much more convenient to make the purchase. Prior to visiting Longo, we had spoken to several other salesmen at other dearlerships. and Patty by far and away had a much better knowledge of the vehicle than any other salespersons. She is the absolute best. The only disappointment we experienced was that the staff responsible for cleaning the inside of the Tundra prior to delivery could have done a much better job doing so....i had to wipe the inside down myself in quite a few areas...Marty Lombardi

I’m not happy with the manufacture of the truck because the windows feel loose and the motor rattles. They told me they’re wayward of the problem but there is no solution. Overall the service I received at Longo was good, even though they forgot to wash my car.

I waited 5 1/2 hours to get an oil change, windshield wiper and a filter. Jonathan tried calling me to let me know about some recommendations that needed to be done to the truck around noon. But he was dialing the wrong number. I walk outside in the service area a few times to see if I can find them and finally I did about 2 o’clock. After everything was done and completed I still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for paperwork to arrive so I can pay and leave.
