He is phenomenal. There is no one there who could replace the service I was provided by Joe. Being a college professor I have to deal with uninformed people everyday. Joe is WELL informed and most importantly LISTENS to understand the customers needs. He replies in a very pleasant tone of voice and confirms that all your needs will be met once you pick up your vehicle. I was kept informed as how my vehicle was coming along throughout the day which was an added benefit other service writers never provided me. Joe should be rewarded not only with this review but with recognition from Longo Toyota management. I makes a persons day when they are complimented on their hard work. He is a keeper. Overall great customer service. The service rep was easy to work with and the shuttle driver was right on time. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and donuts when I arrived and the bottled water when I picked up my car. The car wash was also much appreciated. Thank you very much!
