We had an appointment at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon. We arrived at the Longo at 1:25 and were told to wait at the appointment line behind a Prius. It took 30 minutes before someone came up to us for a greeting. While we’re waiting, other lines moved faster. It was not a good experience that no one cared about us. If someone approached us immediately after lined up and explained that we’re short handed, it could make us better feeling. I think appointment customers should not be ignored like that. I have never experienced at other Toyota dealers for such a long without a greeting. We’re not offered the coupon for a free coffee until we asked.
