Upselling service when the mileage of my car didn't warrant the recommendation. Said the "engine filter" was dirty, which was interpreted as the "fuel filter". Turns out it was an air filter that I had already placed within the last 6000 miles, which would be unnecessary.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and it took 2 hrs for the work to be completed. I watched the tech finish the job, but it was still one more hour before I was able to pick up my vehicle. I was there for my appointment at 3:00. The service advisor told me it would be done at 5:00. I didn’t get my vehicle back until 6:00.
There was no communication during the entire process, and in the end I had to find someone and ask if I could get my truck back and leave.

I was originally told the truck would be ready between 12 pm and 1 pm. I did receive a text message stating that my truck was on track so I got back at the dealer a little before noon. I ended up staying for another 3 hours at the dealer waiting for my truck to complete. I was not happy with this.
